These Terms apply when you use the StarShield Mounts website or place an order with us.
1. About us
StarShield Mounts supplies mounts, power products and accessories for Starlink equipment. Our contact details are listed on the Contact page.
2. Prices, payment and orders
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any available shipping options are shown before checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we confirm dispatch.
Before dispatch, we may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred. If payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
3. Product information and fitment
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Images may show equipment or accessories that are not included; the product description and selected options define what you are ordering.
You must check vehicle, surface, electrical and product compatibility and follow the supplied instructions. If you need advice for a particular setup, contact us with the relevant details before ordering. Also review our Safety disclaimer.
4. Shipping
Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges and available destinations are explained in our Shipping policy. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an order is delayed, damaged or missing.
5. Returns, consumer guarantees and warranties
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy. These rights apply independently of any voluntary or product-specific warranty.
Change-of-mind returns and the process for requesting a return are set out in our Return Policy. Conditions applying to change-of-mind returns do not restrict your rights where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
6. Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for personal or business purchasing and product research. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce our branding, images or content without permission. StarShield Mounts retains its rights in its website content and branding.
7. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by installation or use contrary to product instructions, unsuitable fitment, unauthorised modification, misuse, or failure to check compatibility.

9. Changes and governing law
The terms applying to an order are those in effect when the order is placed. We may update these Terms for future website use and future orders by publishing a revised version. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and applicable Commonwealth laws.
